This policy applies to personal information we collect:
This policy does not cover the privacy practices of third-party websites or services that are linked from our properties.
For information collected through our marketing websites and from prospective customers (e.g., names, business contact details, demo requests), Sphere acts as a data controller.
For customer data that our customers upload into our products (e.g., information about their own customers, jobs, quotes, or end users), Sphere acts as a data processor. The customer (our enterprise customer) is the controller of that data. Our processing is governed by the contract between us and the customer, including a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) where applicable.
We use personal information for the following purposes:
For individuals in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we rely on the following lawful bases:
We do not sell personal information. We share personal information in the following circumstances:
We engage carefully selected service providers who help us operate our business, including:
Subprocessors that handle customer data are bound by data protection terms equivalent to those we provide to our customers. A current list of subprocessors is maintained and available to customers on request.
We may share information with channel partners, resellers, and integration partners with your permission or as part of providing the service you have requested.
We may disclose information when required by law, court order, regulator request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our customers or others.
If Sphere is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
We are headquartered in India and our customers and end users are located worldwide. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than the country in which it was collected, including India, the United States, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and others where our subprocessors operate.
When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland to a country that has not received an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and equivalent mechanisms. We may also implement supplementary measures (e.g., encryption, access controls) where appropriate.
Customers can request a copy of the relevant transfer mechanisms by emailing privacy@infomazesphere.com.
For customers requiring regional data residency, our products support hosting in the United States, European Union, or Asia-Pacific regions. Choose your preferred region at deployment.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including:
When we no longer need to retain personal information, we delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all individuals, regardless of where they are located, where practicable.
California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, individuals in India have the right to access, correct, and erase their personal data, the right to grievance redressal, and the right to nominate another individual to exercise these rights in the event of death or incapacity. To exercise these rights or escalate a grievance, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@infomazesphere.com.
Individuals in Australia, Canada, and other regions with privacy laws (e.g., LGPD in Brazil, POPIA in South Africa) have similar rights of access, correction, and complaint as set out in their local laws. We will honor these rights in accordance with applicable law.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@infomazesphere.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law (typically 30 days). We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
If your data is held by a customer of ours (e.g., you are an end user of a customer's PrintPLANR or FieldPLANR deployment), please contact that customer directly. We will support our customers in responding to your request.
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our websites and applications, remember preferences, analyze usage, and (with consent where required) for marketing purposes.
Categories of cookies we use:
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect site functionality. Where required by law, we will display a cookie consent banner allowing you to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
We implement technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures are described in detail on our Security & Trust page and include encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, regular security assessments, and ISO 27001 certification at the parent group level.
No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or our systems have been compromised, contact us immediately at security@infomazesphere.com.
Our products and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Our ANSWR product uses artificial intelligence to provide automated responses based on customer-provided content. We do not use customer data to train public, multi-tenant AI models. Where we use third-party AI services (such as OpenAI), we use enterprise APIs configured with zero-data-retention settings where available.
We do not use personal information to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without appropriate human review, except where strictly necessary for security purposes (e.g., automated fraud detection).
We may update this policy from time to time. We will indicate the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify customers and prospects through email or in-product notifications. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
