Where Sphere came from.

Infomaze was founded as a software services company. For fifteen years we've worked with customers across print, field service, manufacturing, distribution, and professional services — building software that runs their operations, not just tracks them.

Over those years, patterns emerged. Print shops running end-to-end quote-to-delivery on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge. HVAC contractors dispatching from whiteboards. Manufacturers taking hours to produce a single configured quote, with errors that cost real money. The same problems, repeating across industries.

We kept solving them one customer at a time. Then, somewhere along the way, it became clear that the solutions were the same solutions — just dressed up in different clothes for different industries. That's when Sphere started taking shape.

Sphere is what happens when fifteen years of bespoke operational work gets compressed into products. The depth didn't come from a product roadmap. It came from the shop floor.

What Infomaze Sphere is.

Infomaze Sphere LLP is a separate legal entity, spun out of the Infomaze group in 2026 to house the company's software product portfolio. The services side continues under Infomaze, serving customers who need custom engineering work.

Sphere houses four products: PrintPLANR, FieldPLANR, QuotePLANR, and ANSWR. Each product has its own dedicated focus, its own customer base, and in most cases, its own website. Sphere is the home brand — the platform that connects them.

Four principles we build on.

Built on patterns, not roadmaps. Every Sphere product started as a repeated engagement, not a product hypothesis. The features exist because they solved real problems in real operations before they became product features.

Outcomes matter more than outputs. We don't ship software and hope. Every engagement has a measurable outcome — quote turnaround time, dispatch efficiency, conversion lift, ticket deflection. If the number doesn't move, neither do we.

Integrate, don't replace. Your business runs on a stack that works. Sphere plugs in — to your CRM, ERP, accounting system, field tools. We don't ask you to rip out what's working to adopt what's new.

Depth over breadth. PrintPLANR isn't a generic ERP with a print module. FieldPLANR isn't a generic CRM with scheduling added. QuotePLANR isn't a generic quoting bolt-on. Each product has the depth that comes from specific, sustained focus on a specific domain.

Where we work from.

Infomaze Sphere is headquartered in Mysuru, India, with customers and projects across the US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and Asia. Our engineering, product, and customer success teams are in Mysuru; our go-to-market work happens wherever our customers are.

What's next.

Sphere launched its unified brand in 2026, but the products have been running in customer operations for years. Our near-term focus is depth — better product experiences, richer integrations, more case studies, more measurable customer outcomes. Growth comes from getting those things right.

If any of this resonates — if you're running a business where operations is the engine, and you're tired of generic software pretending to understand your world — we should talk.

Let's find the right conversation.
